What is included in the free trial?

Choose any plan and try its full tracking and reporting features for 14 days. Your trial starts after you confirm your email. No payment details are needed.

What happens when my trial ends?

You can still sign in and read your reports, and your installed tracking continues to record events. Changes to your workspace are paused until you upgrade. Contact us from Billing when you are ready.

What counts as an event?

A recorded visit, click, or conversion counts as an event. The monthly meter in Billing shows your usage. During your trial, tracking continues even if you go over the allowance.

Can I use my own tracking domain?

Yes. Every plan includes custom domains, from three on Starter to 100 on Scale. Add your domain, follow the setup instructions, and verify it in your workspace.

Do I need a separate tool to send conversions to Meta?

No. Connect your Meta account, choose a pixel, and connect the outcomes you want to send. You can send a test and check each conversion’s delivery status in Teth.

How do I choose a plan or switch later?

All plans include the same core features. Choose the number of events, seats, and custom domains you need. Annual pricing gives you two months free. Contact us to activate a plan or discuss a change.
